Yes, we offer mobile key cutting and can create replacement Yale-type and mortice-type keys on-site for your home or business. If you’ve lost all copies of your key, we can gain entry using specialist tools and replace the locks, then provide as many new keys as you need.
Costs vary depending on the service (lockouts, rekeying, new installations, etc.), but we always provide upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Unlike many other locksmiths, we do not charge a callout fee. We only charge flat fees that include parts and labour. However, we reserve the right to charge a callout fee if you ask us to help and we are en-route to your property, and then you change your mind afterwards.
Don’t try to force it out, use a different key, or a screwdriver, as this may damage the lock. Please call us immediately for assistance. One of our locksmiths will safely extract the broken key and provide a replacement if possible, or change the lock if required, and provide as many new keys as you need.
